List of stories

For people who are studying Dutch: I also have a section with Dutch stories with English annotations.

Each story has 3 versions: Dutch (my mother tongue), English and Chinese. Most of the stories are quite short.

Since my mastery of Chinese is the worst, I had those versions checked by at least 1 Chinese person. This is not a guarantee that the Chinese versions are 100% correct, since I have to communicate in English with them about translating Dutch to Chinese. This could lead to some misunderstandings.

The Dutch and English versions were made *after* I wrote the Chinese version. In translating, I tried to stick as close as possible to the Chinese version. Sometimes I may have taken some liberties in order to make the sentence more natural or fluent.

If I get a lot of requests for this, I may add line numbers at the beginning of each line.

The stories are in chronological order (most recent at the top).
You can sort a column by clicking on the header, and reverse the order by clicking again (provided you haven't blocked JavaScript on your computer).
You can see on which colum has been sorted by the arrow sign (up or down) in the header.
By sorting on the second column (Posted) you can see which stories I posted last.
The last column can be useful, because sometimes I add more annotations or remarks based on comments from the readers.

For people who don't know me, it may be useful in reading the stories when you know a little about my background.
